How our credits-based system works

When a customer places an order on your ecommerce store, funds from any additional Cloverly charge flow to you as part of the order. We need a way to collect those funds so that we can offset the carbon footprint of the shipping on behalf of the customer.

Accordingly, we work on a credits-based system. Through a credit card, you buy credits in advance that are drawn down as orders are placed on your store. When your credits reach 0, the system will automatically recharge your account. The default recharge rate is $5, but you can change it to whatever you like in the settings.
